1. Acceptance of terms

By using morninruntz.com (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated by Mornin Runtz LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company.

2. What we offer

The site provides information about our coffee shop in Minneapolis, our menu, an online shop for coffee subscriptions and merchandise, and a contact form. Online orders are fulfilled through our Shopify store and are governed by Shopify's terms in addition to ours.

3. User conduct

You agree not to: scrape or copy site content for commercial use, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, misrepresent your identity when contacting us, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, graphics, logos, the Mornin Runtz name and marks) is owned by Mornin Runtz LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written consent.

5. Third-party links

The site links to external services (Google Maps, Shopify, Instagram, scheduling tools). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

6. Orders, returns, and refunds

Coffee subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Unopened bags of coffee and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened coffee is not returnable for food-safety reasons. Shipping is calculated at checkout; orders over $30 ship free within Minnesota.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mornin Runtz LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mornin Runtz LLC from any claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted to this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
